Caroline Eastwood was the 2nd daughter of Nathaniel Eastwood and the widow Phebe Ann Shearman. She was born 27 April 1829 in Manasquin, Monmouth, New Jersey. She married Frederick A. Morrell Keebler on 1 September 1858 in Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey at the Methodist Episcopal Church. She died 30 August 1876.  (See Frederick A. Enos Eastwood was born about 1783, place unknown. He was the son of Lewis Eastwood and Emaline Wykoff. He married Sarah (last name unknown). We know that she was born in 1783 and died in 1837 in Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey. Known children of Enos and Sarah are: John Eastwood Nathaniel Eastwood, born 12 Oct 1805 in Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey It is known that Enos died on board ship, exact location unknown, on 30 October 1823.

Lewis Eastwood was born in 1746 in New York. He was the son of John Eastwood of Ireland. He married Emaline Wykoff (born ca 1746) in Long Branch, Monmouth, New Jersey. He died 6 April 1829 same place. They had one son that I know of, Enos Eastwood, born about 1783. He lived at Allentown, Monmouth county, New Jersey and may have been the Lewis Eastwood who appears in the 1790 census as the head of a family at Ballston, Albany county, New York. In 1794 he was in New York City where he established a tannery. Lewis Eastwood and Emaline Wykoff had one known son, Enos Eastwood of 1783.

Nathaniel Eastwood is said to be the son of Lewis Eastwood and Sarah Eastwood. There exists a ship's registration certificate in the National Archives for the sloop Washington. The master was Nathaniel Eastwood. The first owner of the ship was Enos and later Sarah Eastwood. If anyone has a copy of this I would like to see it. Nathaniel Eastwood was born 12 Oct.. 1805 in Long Branch, Monmouth county, New Jersey. He married the widow Mrs. Phebe Ann Shearman 4 November 1825 at the ME. Church in Long Branch, Monmouth county, New Jersey. His date of death and location are unknown. The known children of Nathaniel Eastwood and Phebe Ann are: Sarah Eastwood, born 9 October 1827 at Manasquan, Monmouth, New Jersey Caroline Eastwood, born 27 April 1829 same place Mary Elizabeth Eastwood, born 20 October 1831 presumed same place.
