Wedding Ceremony:
In order for us to guarantee that the chapel of your choice will be available on the date you request, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit applies to a choice of the Main Sanctuary or Shatto Chapel, subject to availability. This fee includes a four-hour block of time. We allow up to a half hour before the start time of your ceremony for photos. Please don't forget to factor in the time to set up your floral arrangements and the time for the ceremony itself, which will fall within this allotted time period. The balance of any remaining fees must be on deposit two weeks prior to the scheduled wedding rehearsal date.
Please note: A legal marriage license from the County Clerk must be brought to the rehearsal. Due to legal requirements from the State of California, the ceremony cannot proceed without a license. Failure to provide the required license will cause cancellation of the wedding.
Because we are a church and we honor our traditions, use of an outside minister requires that the bridal party first consult our Sr. Minister and obtain his approval. If you prefer to use one of our ministers, he will be able to assist you in identifying one appropriate to your date and needs. It is customary to offer the minister an honorarium, which your chosen minister will privately discuss with you. Thank you for understanding.
