THE PILGRIM FAITH WINDOW

There is, unfortunately, no black and white photo of this window.  If someone has one, this space is reserved for you.

Depicted on this window is the story of the translation of the Christian religion across the seas.  The lowest medallion shows the arrest at Plummer's hall in England.  The next medallion shows the Congregationalists in exile in Holland (1609 A.D.).  The third medallion shows the landing of the Pilgrims at Plymouth Rock (1620 A.D.)  The fourth medallion shows the Pilgrim families going to church (1622 A.D.).  The fifth medallion, which is the crown of the window, shows Benjamin Franklin addressing the Continental congress (1766 A.D.)
